Usually this will be a 30-minute Teams call to quickly understand the marketing and demand challenge your business is facing so I can suggest the most helpful solution. I’m always happy to meet in person if you prefer. Just let me know when you send the request.

Do I need to prepare anything?

There isn’t anything specific you need to prepare. Just be ready to talk me through where you think there are gaps, and what the business is looking to achieve. I’ll guide the conversation and outline next steps.

Is this chat confidential?

Absolutely – anything shared in this meeting will be held in strict confidentiality. I appreciate there may be sensitive topics discussed and I will not share or act on any information without your explicit approval.

Will you record the meeting?

I often use an AI note-taker to enable me to fully focus on the conversation and will share any notes with you following the call. If you do not wish for me to use these tools, please just let me know.
